Francesca Rossi is a seasoned leader in global marketing and communications with over 18 years of experience. She founded SirFred, an award-winning agency known for its strategic and impactful campaigns after working as CMO for almost a decade, working with leading brands in the UK, EU, US, and APAC. Her expertise spans across sectors like fintech, luxury, and technology in general, where she has driven growth and brand visibility through data-driven strategies and digital innovation.

Committed to sustainability and social impact, Francesca also brings valuable insights into environmental and social governance. She has a proven track record in navigating complex projects, enhancing brand storytelling, and integrating new technologies to keep businesses ahead in a rapidly evolving digital world.

Beyond her professional achievements, Francesca contributes her knowledge as a speaker at The Creative Academy Master, Hult Business School, WMF, Cannes Lions, Blackrock, Blackstone, and Lazard, to name a few. She currently serves in several Non-Executive Director (NED) and advisory roles in the fintech, technology, charity and luxury real estate companies in UK and EU.

Francesca’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Finance and a MA in Marketing and Advertising.
